 Telephonic Physician Consultations
While we encourage all of our patients to visit our Wellness Center, we do understand that it is not always possible for everyone to travel. For these patients we have telephone consultations with a licensed practitioner to listen to patient concerns, evaluate hormone test results and to offer answers to questions and concerns about hormones and other related health concerns. Telephone consultations are scheduled for one hour to allow enough time to help identify and educate the patient about the root of their health concerns and explain what treatment options may or may not be available to them.
We have found that a telephone consultation is the best way for out of state patients to become familiar with BioHRT’s approach and to get to know their physician on a personal level before committing to one of our programs. In fact over 90% of men and women who complete a telephone consultation with one of our physicians decide to visit our center to be treated for their symptoms.
Some of the topics you will discuss include:
- Your health history going back to childhood
- Your family health history
- Your current symptoms and complaints
- Review lab results
- Discuss nutrition, diet and exercise
- Discuss your health goals and desires
- Explanation of treatment options
- Discussing a plan of action
- Explain the risks and side effects of treatment options
Understanding why a patient feels the way they do is the first step in achieving balance in their lives once again. Telephone consults can help identify imbalances in hormones, diet and overall health. In order to treat a patient as a whole we encourage them to schedule a in office visit to establish a physical relationship with their physician so treatment can begin immediately.
The price of a telephonic consultation is $250.00 for one hour session with one of our licensed naturopathic physicians. We guarantee patients will become better educated and have a clear understanding of what natural health care options are available to them.
