Dr. Roxie Lynn Strand, NMD
Dr. Roxie Strand is a naturopathic medical doctor practicing at the BioHRT clinic in Scottsdale, Arizona. Dr. Strand was born and raised in Mitchell, SD. After graduating from high school, Dr. Strand moved to Arizona to attend Arizona State University from where she received a Bachelors of Science in microbiology. After attending college, Dr. Strand joined the Peace Corps and taught biology, science and math to students in Cameroon, West Africa. Upon her return from Africa, Dr. Strand worked closely with community shelters in Phoenix, Arizona. Dr. Strand graduated medical school with honors from Southwest College of Naturopathic Physicians in Tempe, Arizona. Scholastic achievements include graduating top of class in medical school and recipient of the Outstanding Student Award.

Dr. Strand clinical approaches include Acupuncture, Bio-identical Hormone Therapy, Homeopathy, IV Therapy, Nutrition, and Lifestyle Counseling as the foundation for treating the whole person and promoting the true healing power of nature. Dr. Strand creates an individual therapy plan that encompasses the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs of each patient.

Dr. Bianca Munoz, NMD
Dr. Bianca Munoz is a naturopathic medical doctor practicing Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement, Medical weight loss, Anti-Aging Medicine, Pain Management and Medical Aesthetics.  Dr. Munoz completed her Bachelors of Science in Human Physiology at Boston University.  After completing her undergraduate education she pursued her Medical Degree from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, Arizona.  During her clinical rotations Dr. Munoz traveled to India to observe Homeopathy and Naturopathic treatments in rural areas.  After completing her medical education, Dr. Munoz was an Associate Professor at the Phoenix Institute of Herbal Medicine and Acupunture.

Dr. Munoz integrates several different methodologies in her treatment plans including, but not limited to, Acupuncture, Mesotherapy for Pain Management and Aesthetics, Homeopathy, Bio-Identical Hormone Therapy, IV therapy, and Nutrition.  Dr. Munoz has received advanced training and certification thru such clinics as: the Pinewood Institute for the Advancement of Natural Therapies, American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, The Ageless Aesthetic Institute, and The Oral HCG Research Center.

Dr Angela Bowers, Phd.
Dr. Bowers has been in private practice since 1980. Her training and professional experience has been with clients of all ages. Dr. Bowers works primarily as a cognitive/behavioral therapist. She has special training in clinical hypnosis, guided imagery and meditation, as well as yoga. Often Dr. Bowers will blend cognitive work with other modalities.

Melissa Blankenship, NMA
Melissa is a certified Naturopathic Medical Assistant.  She joined BioHRT in 2008 after graduating from her program at Lamsen College with honors.  She assists the physicians in many aspects of patient care including injections, IV therapy, BioDiets follow-up care. Melissa is a natural caregiver and enjoys personal interaction with all of her patients. 

Melissa Loggia
Melissa  has worked  for the past five years with men and women across the country helping them to achieve Hormonal Balance thru Natural Hormone Replacement .  She works closely with our physicians and manages the Hormone testing process.  Melissa  is currently continuing her educational growth and hopes to educate as many people as possible on the alternatives to synthetic hormones.

Samantha Bowers
Samantha is one of the newest members of our team, she came on board in the Spring of 2009.  Samantha is one of our premier Patient Care Counselors that personally corresponds and works with our BioDiets patients to achieve optimal medical weight loss. She supports and encourages our clients through their whole-body transformations while on our programs.
